Welcome! I'm Alma, a seasoned social media marketing professional with over 8 years of experience. I’ve had the privilege to work both in-house as well as at an agency level which has given me a wide range of knowledge on various different industries and different marketing fields. My specialty however is content creation and social media management!

Throughout the course of my career, I’ve played a pivotal role in coordinating and developing global-scale social campaigns. From the world’s first 8K-ready audio receiver, to unveiling the first inaugural sound bar with Alexa built-in, and launching the first EPA-approved antimicrobial disinfectant —clinically proven to combat the COVID-19 virus during the peak of the pandemic—I have helped brands elevate their products through strategic social media and influencer marketing initiatives.

I currently serve as an Organic Social Analyst at Mindgruve, a prominent full-service marketing agency based out of San Diego.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Chico State University, complemented by a minor in Marketing.

As a well-rounded social media marketer, my expertise encompasses copywriting, design, content creation, paid social, SEO, influencer marketing, product launches, web development and optimization, and strategic planning.

Challenges excite me! At one point in my career I was responsible for managing 20 different social media accounts with a combined follower base of over 700,000!
